Reality Check challenges youth to think critically about the reality surrounding them—hyper-sexualization, media influence, self-image, etc. Our mentors also inspire students to pursue relationships founded on mutual respect, free of social and sexual pressures.
We engage through thought-provoking presentations that allow for the conversation to continue in the classroom and beyond.

Our curriculum is packed with relevant data and stories. We share experiences, perspectives, and needs. These conversations can be uncomfortable, but we have found that those who empathetically engage on these issues can effectively help young people make wise choices as they look ahead to adulthood.
A unique sexual and relational health program like no other.
Since 2003, Reality Check has been meeting the youth where they are, addressing teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, abuse, use of social media, and so much more. We have taken our message to cities all across Southern California, San Francisco, Seattle, D.C, Memphis, and even to Uganda, Africa!
Don’t just take our word for it.
